So I booked my tickets by moviefone.com a fabulously easy way to buy tickets online and then all you have to do it turn up at the movie theatre and pick them up either at one of the machines they have or at the booth....very easy and simple, gives me more time to choose hot dogs and popcorn.
I woke to hear our cleaner come in this morning and pick up the money that I had left for her on the kitchen table. I shouldn't of left it there because it really aggravates me that she does that. Picks up the money BEFORE she cleans the place. I mean no one will be there until Friday, she has all week, why so desperate???
I went to the beach only for an hour as the weather was very overcast and I just couldn't be bothered to lie there all day waiting for a glimpse of sun. Of course now that I'm back in the city it's bright sunshine outside, absolutely beaming through my windows....typical!!
I was sort of hoping that my friend Bridget (the writer) was going to call me and come to the beach for a couple of days but she only got back from Guatemala late this morning after doing a story about adopted or rather snatched children. I'm going to try and organize a couple of days for her to come to the house before the term ends, she can then write and I won't feel all by myself....
The train journey back was ok, even though it was packed for a Monday lunchtime train??? There was an annoying fat woman sat right in front of me starring at my Harry Potter book cover...jesus it was really getting on my nerves, these people are so bloody rude!!
Ok my English Marie Claire has arrived in the mail so I'm going to have a cup of tea, flick through the mag then walk and meet Morpheus at Chelsea Cinemas....I'm so excited, can't wait to see this movie. Will give reviews tomorrow.
