So after fabulous sausage, bacon and sunny side up eggs I collapsed on the couch, then got told off by Mary Anne and sat outside in the conservatory instead and tried desperately to read. Have you ever tried reading when completely hungover, it's really difficult, the words seem to move and jump all over the page, it's quite nauseating really. So I stopped doing that and just sat for what seemed like hours but I'm sure it was only a few minutes.
So really the day just seemed to flow by very nicely, I eventually snuck back indoors and watched Animal Planet on the Discovery Channel which I now find out we haven't got because we changed to RCN instead, of Time Warner Calbe, Jesus what a pain, I love that program, it involves some nutty Australian guy who chases and wrestles with snakes and crocodiles. Absolutely crazy man I'm telling you, anyway he was chasing venomous snakes today that kept spitting at him, so then he had to rinse out his eyes with water or he could of gone blind....nuts, that's what he is!! I could of quite happily stayed there all night watching it but we had to get the train back to the city.
I completely crashed out on the train which was great, Morpheus started Harry Potter No.1.
By the time we got home after a very bumpy cab ride from Grand Central Station I thought I was going to be sick, my stomach was in knots, nasty. However that didn't stop me from ordering chinese and slobbing my fat arse on the couch for the rest of the evening whilst Morpheus went through his paperwork and then actually tidied it up afterwards, which was a nice surprise as he normally leaves at least some of it for me to clear up.
Bed time was a delight....I'm certainly getting
to old for this shit!!! However if my wonderful friends
are reading this then thanks again for a brilliant weekend, I love your
house and even your daft dog. You always make us feel so very comfortable,
as if it were out own home (I wish, please let me have it!!) especially
the part where we get served wonderful meal by Professor....thanks again
kids!!
