So today is the Queen Mums 100th birthday, what an old dear she is.  You know it's living on Gin and Tonics for all these years, that's what keeps her going.  It'll be a sad day for me when she passes on, I'm sure not for those anti monarchy people out there, but I for one love them all, think they're great, pure fantasy family....

Have you ever noticed that people with bad breath always insist on telling you secrets??  It must be one of the most annoying things in the world, apart from doing a stretch class next to a woman who loves her under arm hair...lovely!!

As I'm writing the ABC News is mentioning how the American Automobile Association are becoming increasingly concerned by distracted drivers.  I remember constantly putting on my whole face whilst driving in England, did it all the time.  Oooh I'm late, so I'll brush my teeth and put my face on in the car...perfectly normal, EVERYONE DOES IT!!!

Did I mention that yesterday I ran AGAIN, so 5 days out of 6 I've ran for approximately 30 minutes each time...not bad, I'm getting there.  So I'm going to go off to the gym now, do another 30, may sit round the pool, not sure yet as I have a horrible ingrown hair on my thigh which looks pretty awful, especially as I've been messing with it and now it's all red and out there.  So I may not sunbathe, probably go to my favorite meat store WESTERN BEEF in the Meat Packing District.  It truly is dead good, you can get 24 chicken drumsticks for like $5, bargain mate!!  I have to stock up for the barbeque this weekend, because no doubt Kiwi Boy, Morpheus and Kirk will all be wanting THEIR MEAT, GIVE ME MEAT WOMAN!!!
