Good morning everyone, well this is it our last day at the summer house.  Wow it's been some summer, not so much as the weather has been brilliant, because for New York it's been pretty crap weather wise, but it's been so much fun hanging out here with all our friends, playing games, cooking on the grill, skinny dip (my personal favorite) and get completely wasted every weekend.  Apart from the other sharers who were annoying (except for the wife I liked her) it's been a great summer for us.

So Roger the owner of this place came by yesterday to put up "for rent" signs on the front of the house, which is fine because we're probably not going to take it next year.  This is mainly because it's way too much money to have for the whole summer, especially as he now wants $33,000 for it.  Can you believe the prices they charge for these places, my god it's ridiculous.  Even though I know I could keep him down to $30,000, we're still not paying that kind of money, not unless we rent out at least the other 2 rooms to friends, but even then we don't know anyone that is going to shell out that kind of money.

So my friends if you want a summer place and have a shit load of cash then I suggest you get in touch and I'll give you Roger's contact number, he'd be very pleased as I thinking he's still banking on us to retake the place....sorry Roger it just ain't gonna happen!!

So it's not particularly a good beach day today, very hazy outside, so I may go for a run around the island, so long as it's not too hot.  My face goes nuts if it's too warm.  We'll probably just chill today, then again maybe a little romantic outdoor shower activity would be fun, it really is the coolest shower in the world, although there some wicked looking plants growing up from the deck in the shower, they look like they're about to wrap themselves around your leg and pull you through the wooden planks...god what an imagination.
