So at around 4 o'clock this morning I was woken by fat fucking dwarfs in my stomach kicking the crap out of my abdomen, oh my god it was awful, I've never felt pain like that before.  It took me over an hour to realise that it wasn't the dwarfs getting revenge but in fact pre-menstrual cramps....hellooo is this gonna happen every friggin month?  You see I've been on the pill since I was 16 (because of pain, not because I was shagging) so I really don't remember what period pains were like back then, you know it's quite a long time ago.  So now as I'm due my period the pain was unbelievable, also my back started aching today, basically I'm just a mess.  If this continues for too long then I'm back on the pill again, not going through this shit every month.

Dirk Diggler my trainer canceled on me today as he had double booked me again which he is quite prone to doing but I can't complain as I'm constantly canceling myself at the last minute which is normally because I'm hungover.  So we re-booked for tomorrow morning instead.  So I got into work earlier than expected today, still no phone but you can hardly expect miracles, not in our office anyway, although it's definitely been better since Munchkin arrived, she kicks ass or aaarrrsssee as we Brits say.....  I basically finished off designing the reminder renewal card today which is being sent to our members that still haven't renewed for the new season.  You know what I think though, leave the poor buggers alonge, if they don't want to renew then they won't will they, regardless of how many letters or fancy cards you send them.  But big Hiyawotha wants it, so who am I to argue.  SS was flapping about something AGAIN today, no surprise there.  Bridget all-of-a-sudden can't understand a word I'm saying and I'm so sure that Ty is even bigger than she was on Tuesday...a normal day!!

Had a few bizarre emails from friends with regard to a situation that definitely needs to be resolved WITHOUT myself OR Morpheus getting involved.  And let me tell you if it's not resolved I'm going to be one very angry little lady...that's all I'm saying.

I went for a walk with my lovely Brazilian friend Luzia this evening and her daughter Luca.  Honestly for someone who hasn't been here that long, she's knows absolutely EVERYBODY, literally any store we go into she's chatting away to the staff, customers, you name it, everyone.  Then again she is really beautiful (sorry guys, most definitely taken....by a cutie as well) but very warm and friendly, I think we're going to become very good friends.

I must say a big love and kisses to Monkey my adorable girlfriend who is going to be wed in October.  I'm absolutely chuffed to pieces that she's getting married, especially as the man in question is an absolute doll, love him!!  She's in the middle of running around and really is not the most technological girl in the world, but she still took time out last night to send me a lovely long email, which I was very pleased to receive.

So Morpheus is on his way home to cook Pork tonight, which he should because the boy hasn't cooked for such a long time, but then he has been a busy bee.
