Sat 23 & Sun 24 Sept 2000 -

Honestly yesterday we woke around midday, crawled downstairs, ordered bad breakfast food and slobbed around the couch all day watching bad movie after bad movies.  It was great...

We did manage to read a bit of the New York Times so we weren't completely without culture today.

Oh yeah this evening I was doing Fridays page (yeah I know) and all of a sudden my mate Tracy (the one from Essex) suddenly came up on the Instant Message through AOL.  It was brilliant and also my first instant messenger thingy.  Alright maybe everyone else out there uses it on a regular basis, but I don't so I consider myself an Instant Messenger Message Virgin...so there.  Tracy obviously is very eloquent on it and I got the impression she uses it rather a lot, good for her.  I must download the AOL instant messenging and put all my mates on it and become really efficient in the world of instant messenging...yeah!!

So today (Sunday) was another lazy day at first but then Morpheus HAD to do some work at home, so I took this opportunity to ALSO do my theatre work.  So the pairs of us are sat at our computers, which are next to each on the shared desk, typing away like crazy.  Of course then Morpheus got bored and started to nose into my side of the desk and kept asking these really cute I suppose but rather annoying questions on why I was doing it that way, and couldn't I do it this way. You see I 'm trying to design a style for our new programs which are now going to be a completely different size and look, so a few things need to be changed.  I sound like I'm criticizing him don't I?  Honestly I'm not, in fact I was quite chuffed that he was sticking his nose in because I was getting rather bored with the whole process. Anyhow he was ALSO bored with his crap as well.

So yet again we haven't left the house all day, so for two days we've been penned up in this apartment, pretty bad really but who gives a crap, I don't.  There's also a pretty big chance that we won't get out AT ALL today, instead we'll continue (after I've finished my work) to sit around and watch crap tv...excellent!!

You know I think I will go out at least round to the supermarket to get some groceries as we can't possible order take-out AGAIN
