I'm back on my health kick and also trying to cut out a lot of meat from my diet, so last night we had tuna with tomatoes and herbs with pasta shells...very tasty, plus salad.  Actually  if I was to be really honest I'm skint.  I went a little bit crazy in London and spent rather too much money on underwear, food and a fab Burberry bag at Heathrow airport....yeah I know the last confession will certainly NOT get me any sympathy votes.  So myself and Morpheus will still be eating well, I just have to be a bit creative with the food I buy.

I seem to have lost my Palm Pilot which is a complete pain as ALL my numbers are on there, literally everyone I know in the world.  I've rang the hotel in Wales this morning but those people are way too laid back, so no idea as to when I'm going to hear back from them.  If it's not there then it's really gone forever....not good!!

We watched "Any Given Sunday" last night, pretty good I enjoyed it.  It's a totally Olive Stone film, you can tell just by the whole way it feels, the camera movements, photography, everything about it is Stone.  In fact he plays a sports journalist in it, also Charlton Heston (NRA pig) has a small cameo part in it.  I would LOVE to know how much they paid him to do that 5 minute appearance.

In fact as we speak the main character in the movie (Jamie Foxx) is a guest on the "Rosie O'Donnell show, what a coincidence.

So my Ty who is VERY pregnant has just invited me to go with her next Wednesday to a 'pregnant mum class', whatever that is.  I'm so excited and very flattered, I wonder what I'll have to do?  Oh hold on, is it a lamaars class, is that what they call it?  Anyway her husband Lulu is out of town, so she asked me, isn't that nice?  We're going to make a night of it and I'll stay over with her in New Jersey...be a nice change and scenery.

So my back is really aching this morning, maybe it's in shock because I got up so early, well early for me anyway.

By the way I designed my spraggworld business cards online yesterday.  It's this great site called iprint.com which basically lets you decide on font, graphics, colour etc. then they design it for you, tell you how much, you preview it, then hit ok...simple as that.  I should be getting 250 in 2-3 days...not bad and also it only cost me $30

Alright more chores to do, phone calls to make, will be back later on.....
