A couple of my very favorite girlfriends in London called me over the weekend as clearly the rumour had been passed round that I was bed-bound. As always it's fabulous to talk to lovely Miss Kensington, Sarah and Debs. They're lovely and gossipy, just what proper girlfriends should be and not hung up on the more mundane crap thats been floating around lately.

Actually Miss Kensington was telling me about her man, Scott the American lawyer who is studying in London at the moment but unfortunately (for her ) is due to return back to the States in the Summer. Well she can always come for a visit can't she?

So this coming Thursday my baby leaves me for a raving fabulous stag weekend in Miami with the boys.  It's our friend Des's stag which of course will be wild because Des is something of a lunatic himself. Along for the ride of new, absolutely gorgeous Darren, MAYBE Bouch but I doubt it cos he's in Poland going through crap and various others. I think Sarah thought that her hubby Colin was going but apparently he hasn't been invited, which I guess is a good enough reason NOT to go. Also our friend in Manchester Tiz was supposed to go but according to him it's his data conversion (what???...) that particularly weekend and ALSO he's a bit unsure about flying after September 11th. What a fucking pansy, I mean can you belive that? A crazy mad weekend with no doubt lots of leftover Spring Breakers to gawp at and he's frightened to fly....pleeassseeee!!

Well I hope they have fun, not sure what I'll do with myself but I intend to have a fun girlie weekend which includes a full day of spa with Candy at the Stone Spa on Saturday...oh yeah, very excited about that one.

So how about this weather? It's just glorious out here today, although I'm still reluctant to store away my winters clothes, you never know when it might turn for the worst.

I would like to say that being a bit under the weather has helped my weight enormously but no, that would be a HUGE lie, I'm still the same, if not bigger as I have had rather a sweet tooth the last few days...naughty, naughty.

I've also just caught up on a few of my Tivoed programs that I haven't had chance to watch, so will now get off and continue my viewing, then back to work tomorrow.

It's good to be back and feeling fine
