Well at this moment I'm sat on Professor's couch up in Cold Spring while he's making a racket in the kitchen and I watch The Osbournes'.
We came up around 2 this afternoon, I drove because of his knee injury and actually it was very pleasant, I thought he'd be cursing me out but he was very good, too busy telling me all his latest gossip to notice my driving I think.
Now he's downstairs getting the washing out of the dryer. Honestly I've never known a man like Professor, he never fucking stops, he's always cooking or cleaning or farting about with his humidors or his watch collection.
The reason we're here today is because it's Labour Day weekend and Professor reckons that the traffic tomorrow would be a nightmare, so that's why we're here now. So Mary Anne and Morpheus won't be up until tomorrow evening so we have tonight to ourselves, which I guess seems a bit strange, but it's not, we'll just hang, have some dinner and swap gossip. To be honest I really want to stay in tonight because the Video Music Awards are on, but he won't let me. He has a VCR but no tapes, yeah I know...double dhhhhhh.
So yeah the other kids are coming up tomorrow, and then Diane and Doug, friends of Professors will arrive tomorrow night sometime.
It's Mary Anne's birthday this weekend, so we'll have a nice dinner on Saturday and hopefully get all the waiters and other customers to sing happy birthday to her, just to drive her nuts. She really hates things like that, so that should be fun.
I guess I should go and take a shower and do something with this hair of mine. Listen I was up till 2am this morning with Morpheus and Buddy Weiser so there was no way I had the time or the bloody inclination to get wait OR wash my hair this morning so back off....
