Ok so my poor friends Raya and Davar are STILL without their trolley. Shit they leant it to me like what 3 weeks ago, and I still have it, which is really naughty, but honestly I've been crazy busy running around and keep forgetting to return it. I wouldn't mind but Raya uses it to lug down their laundry, which she always has a lot of AND she's pregnant, so I feel bad about that. So she called me last night to jog my memory about the trolley, so I'm going to walk over there with it this morning, via Elixir so I can pick up my morning protein drink to take to the gym.
And yes it's another lovely day, so I'm taking advantage of it by working this morning (yup, still doing Dublin 6), then gyming it, then sunning it, THEN the office. Well the club is open tonight, so I thought I might work there through until tonight, then have a spot of dinner at Sette and say hi to the boys at the front door. I love those guys, big huge guys with mean looks and big soft hearts.
So last night Aphrodite, Snoopy, Tex Man and Karen came by to say hello. It's been a while since we've all seen each other and everyone was very animated, with a lot to say, which they do perfectly, they have a way of speaking all at the same time and taking what each other says, completely in. I get very confused and tend to just stay quiet and listen (oh yeah, I do) it's funny to watch, especially when they all go on about some scandal in the fashion world, which is they're business, that's what they do.
So yeah we went to Rafaella on 7th Avenue, which has been there since I've been here and I can't ever remember going there for drinks/dinner? Well it always seems a bit touristy, well anything that is right on the sidewalk on 7th Ave is going to feel touristy, but that was ok, it was a nice evening and we didn't really mind where we ate, so long as it was hot, edible and wine was being poured. Actually Aphrodite had two glasses of wine at my place, and that was it, she was hammered, she's funny, doesn't get out much anymore due to baby Michael, so her hands are tied, so when she does have a couple of drinks, she's blasted in 20 minutes.
So I also heard that the Amazing Race had started on Tuesday night which is a bummer because I forgot and hadn't tivoed it, shit, bugger, bollocks. Well it was only the first one, I can wait till next week I guess.
Oh that's what I remember from last night, Tex Man was saying how we should all go and see Fahrenheit 9/11 which I agree, I definitely want to see it, but haven't had the time. Anyway Snoopy and Aphrodite were saying how they had no inclination to see it at all as the editing of it would be incredible and they were concerned that the truth would be blurred in some way??? Yeah hello it's Moore's film, of course they're will be editing, but that doesn't mean that it isn't portraying the truth? I personally want to see it and yes be shocked at what I find out, but it's not like anythings going to change, shit the government will still pull the wool over our eyes and get up to and make agreements with people they shouldn't!! Shit man it's all about the oil and land anyway. What was it that Tex Man said last night that apparently immediately after 9/11, think he said the next day 9/12 that NO aircraft within the US was to fly, everything was grounded, EXCEPT for a plane, with Bin Laden's family onboard that was allowed to leave and get out of the U.S

So finally the TRUE Kabbalahists are now getting a little pissed off with Madonna being their unofficial spokesperson, apparently they believe that someone who used to take off her clothes, swear and shag lots of different men, shouldn't really be speaking on their behalf. Well no shit Sherlock.
