Ok so yesterday myself and Morpheus went to see "Taking Lives" you know the new thriller with Angelina Jolie and Ethan Hawke. Yeah it was pretty good, definitely a thriller, not sure if Snoopy would watch it though? The movie theatre was empty, which I was surprised at because even though yesterday it was sunny, it was bloody freezing out there. To be honest it was just nice to spend a bit of alone time with Morpheus, as we never seem to do that anymore, what with his work and our social life.
Which reminds me, on Saturday we had a lovely lovely evening. &nbps;Well Vaid and Picks blew us off, bit annoying as we would of changed our own plans, and probably just spent the evening alone, but in the end we were very glad we didn't as we spent a fabulous evening with Nicole, at Markt in the Meat Packing District, who brought along her fabulous friends, Esra and Shelley, sorry if I've misspelt their names.
Anyway they are two totally adorable people, we had such a laugh, it was fun to meet new people. And of course Nicole was on a roll, I swear that girls on crack, she makes me laugh, she just goes on with herself, even more than I do, which you know is saying something. Morpheus loves her to pieces, she makes him smile, which at the moment is very good.
So after we walked over, in the annoying rain to Bar and Books so that myself and Nicole could have a smoke, but the place was way too busy, so we decided to not bother and went to Dublin 6, which also was absolutely jam packed, full of Brits as well, loads of them, not sure what's going on there?
I felt sorry for Sandy behind the bar, she was so busy, well Jason is in Spain for a couple of weeks, so she's holding down the fort. Didn't evny her one bit. Hey I'd of helped, but I'm crap at bar tending.
So yeah and now it's Monday again, hey ho, very quick weekend, like I said, would of liked to have spent more time with Morpheus, and even when he was home, he was asleep, but I can't be mad at him for that, the poor boy is pulling out all the stops at the moment. I don't think he knows what day it is half the time.
Right well I need to get on, lots of prepping to do before I meet Ginger tomorrow and also my other new web site job for Ruby needs to begin, so I'd better get going.
