You see I'm obsessed with my new web site BewitchingWebDesign.Com that I keep forgetting about this little site of mine. Which is terrible, and I need to get a grip on my priorities.
Actually before it was going to be from the theme Bewitched, I WAS going to centre the site around my old favorite toy from childhood.....YES the SLINKY...
I could slink one of these down my parents stairwell FOR HOURS, when I was a kid, just love these things. And no not the plastic ones that they have these days, oh no, the metal ones are best, especially down your friends concrete steps at their council estate....used to drive the old bastards nuts with that.
So yeah I was going to make an animation slinky, so that it slinked around the screen, but I never got it down well enough, so decided not to bother.
But I'm kinda happy with my bewitched theme. Oh now I've done it, you'll all be sending me email's by the dozen, with your comments no doubt, hey bring them on, you know I like that.
So ok here's another picture of my pal Nicole demonstrating the BREAD and DRINK hand signs....
. Guess I should explain yeah? Well you see when we were out on Saturday at Markt, Shelley was asking which glass of water was hers as I was sat opposite her, so she didn't want to take mine by mistake. No that it mattered as neither of us had taken a sip yet, but she was making the point that it can sometimes be confusing, ESPECIALLY when sat around a ROUND table, who's drink and side plates is who's?
Now I always thought that the side plate was the one on your left and the drink was top right? Apparently this is correct, but not everyone knows that. So Nicole's way of remembering this little fact is to do the hand gesture that she's doing above. You basically make your left hand into a B for BREAD and your right hand into a D for DRINK...voila!!
Yes SHE IS COMPLETELY MAD, I told you this before, but now I have the proof.
Hey but listen I bet ONE of you out there does it the next time you go out for dinner, even if it's just a conversation point at a very dull dinner part.
So today I have a meeting with Ginger, not sure if that means she's a red-hed or that's just a nickname? Anyway it's Candy's friend and she is this fab p.r. person who needs a web site designing, so I'm meeting her later this afternoon, so I'm looking forward to that? I also have to take my IPod back to the Apple store in Soho as I got it wet and now's it fucked. Which of course Morpheus is loving because he wanted one of the mini Ipod's anyway, so I guess I'll be buying one of those...yeah like I have money to burn right now....NOT
Actually talking about Morpheus, 10:30 he got home last night, there's me thinking he was working late AGAIN, so I call him because I was worried that he must be starving, and he's in the pub? What a pig, I don't why I bother, sorry, had to vent.
So have you heard that spammers are now spamming through instant messaging? Hey I know, because I got one the other night. Some prick's screen came up asking me who I was? I didn't answer, just said how did you get my instant message address and then they returned the messages by calling me a jackass, so when I deleted their id, another one came up saying..."ha I have more than one id address you jackass" CAN YOU FUCKING BELIEVE IT? wankers. There was even an article in this month's WIRED about it, so watch out people?
