Ok so I'm watching The Daily Show, which is on the Comedy Channel over here and is headed up by John Stewart, who I might add is the funniest fucking guy EVER. It's a comedy satirical show on the American politics, so you can imagine there's lots of material to go on.
Anyway it seems that Mr Ashcroft has resigned as of yesterday I believe? Anyway he made a statement to the press that now more than ever the issue of terrorism and the safety of this country is totally secure...or something like that. To which John Stewart looked totally aghast while I was pissing myself on the couch, and he then said, ok well now I guess Mr Ashcroft is off to cure cancer.
Come on I mean the man IS funny, but then his job IS easy when your laughing at idiots like that.
Ok so today is buying apple pie ingredients today, as I'm making two this year for Thanksgiving Day, for lots of hungry people. I also have to clean my apartment, because it's bad, well not dirty, oh no never, just messy.
Not sure whether I should get a christmas tree this year? seems all a bit weird to be honest,. you know not the same and all that. Maybe I'll get some decorations or a wreath or something? I don't know, too soon to think about really.
Ok gotta go, lots to do today...
