So I slide off the bed, down the stairs while missy gets herself comfy. Put the kettle on but then start bashing around with some of her tins of food. Well you see the vet called Stephen this morning and we now need to put her on TWO PILLS a day for the next two weeks, and then maybe we put it down to 1.5 pills a day which is pretty much impossible as these things are tiny as it is, but of course Stephen reckons he can handle it. Go ahead sweetheart, knock yourself out.
Talking of pills and Stephen, it seems the boy's a little under the weather. Well he has asthma you see and what with all the drinking, late nights and smoking (not him, everyone around him) that's been going on, has kind of taking it's toll on his lungs. So he's gone and got himself some Musinex or something like that, which basically breaks up the nasty ass green phlegm that gets stuck in your throat and which is dripping down to his lungs, making life kinda shitty to be honest. So hopefully this stuff will clear his chesty up???
Oooh wasn't that pleasant???
Oh yeah and also because I made Lily get in the cat box yesterday to go to the big bad vet, well she won't go in it anymore./ Literally she hasn't stepped in it since, hence her taking over our bed....whatever.
Ok so I've put the biggest bag of laundry downstairs EVER, I'm doing this right now while listening to Chris Moyle's Radio 1 Christmas Show, which as always is fun. So later on I'm heading over to Commerce Bank as we have LOADS of coins which I'm going to transfer into hard hard cash and go get a new shower curtain from West Elm. Although then again I may save it and go buy a cheappo pair of Uggs from Target tomorrow when I'm with the girls....yay!! Stick that in your pipe and smoke it Stephen, change isn't MONEY, it's change.....ha!!
Hee hee, feeling naughty today....
Oh yeah so THE BOOTS, THE CHRISTMAS BOOTS,. Let me enlighten you, so anyway I go back to the store on 8th and unfortunately they don't have a size 10, even though to be honest knowing that I could have a size fucking 10 in my closet is kind of bad man? I mean it's bad enough having big foot feet, but size friggin 10, oh crap. But it didn't matter as they didn't have them, OR they're other store over on 23rd Street. So I head over to Stephen's, have lunch with him, then walk to 23rd Street, to see there bigger selection of shoes, as now I have store credit of like a gazillion dollars.
So yeah I find these FAB brown/greenish round toed super fab shoes, so I get them, then get the rest of my store credit printed out on a receipt for me to keep forever and use whenever, which is kind of cool? So I walk back over to my 8th street store and lo and behold see a pair of dark brown, slightly heeled cowboy (but not) scrunchy down leather boots, fucking brilliant they are. I prance about the store FOREVER as I'm really bad at making shoe/boot decisions, that's probably why I don't really have an IMELDA MARCOS closet, never been good at choosing. But I make the decision, or should I say the bored shop assistant says..."so you want these or what"? which of course flustered me, so I said yes. And guess what? I STILL have $39 in store credit? fab or what? Not that you can get many or even one shoe with $39, but it CAN be put toward something, so I may wait and see what else arrives in the store?
So yeah I'm happy, very in fact, just have to figure out which shoes/boots to wear New Year's Eve and with what bloody outfit, cos I haven't got a clue right now.
Which is something I'm very nervous about, you see we are having dinner at Tim and Tracy's on Friday and then it's New Year's Eve on Saturday so you see my dilemma, I mean two nights of hard partying is just majorly scary man... I may even preorganise myself and just check in right now to rehab, cos I know I'm going to need it?
Shit even James is scared and he's like my hard drinking pal? Oh god.....
Right then I'm going to try now and organise the shoe closet a bit as to be honest it's getting kind of crazy in there, what with my TWO new pairs, it's just crazy overstocked man....
Alrighty see ya later.....
Now we're thinking Honduras, so any heads up, let me know...
