Ok so my panic yesterday MAY be over. Well Julian who works with Stephen mentioned PCAP which is the Prenatal Care Assistance Program. Basically this is for women with no money, aka MOI. It's government run I believe, and seems like a very good plan, so anyway I registered for that this morning and the woman I dealt with seemed happy with my state of play as it were to be enrolled on this plan... So all I have to do now is get Stephen to fill out the apartment form, I have to take a couple of bills addressed to me to them and voila I think it should go smoothly from there. THEN I have an appointment on Friday to see my new doctor, through St Vincent's I believe. The only drawback is that I may have to wait rather a long time in appointments.... PLEASE I'm British as in National Health, we're used to waiting, believe me...
So yeah fingers crossed, this would be great and would ease my mind greatly as with the current insurance company it's impossible to know how much their going to charge us for these appointments, but it's always in the hundreds for now and no doubt would be in the thousands by the time I had the bloody baby....
So last night the lovely James came by to help Stephen move the big stuff. And what a great job he did, it was brilliant, the new place looks fantastic, the credenza fits in perfectly and Stephen's artwork looks wonderful on those huge massive empty walls, it's really coming together, I love it...
So after I finish here today I'll go back and start dismantling our bathroom and moving all that downstairs. To be honest we don't need to be in the new place until next Tuesday, but we may as well go before then. Then again the wankers from Time Warner Cable are coming round on Tuesday, so we need to leave the tv where it is for the time being. Oh god I've just remembered I saw and then proceeded to kill the biggest fucking cockroach that I've ever seen before, running across the living room floor. Ew it was massive and mean looking....yuck.
So yeah our current place is looking really empty and studenty right now, well there's hardly anything there, it's really bare and looks pretty sad. But then we go downstairs and the new place looks super duper...it's great, I'm excited.
Ok I have things to do, gotta go, later people...
