So Stephen called me before as he was walking to work to tell me hot and sticky it is ALREADY out there today. The temperature right now is 86 enough to get really bad sunburn and they reckon it's going to hit the 100's today. Oh well so much for me trotting over to Old Navy, I don't think so, work, gym and back home again. Actually I did sit out in the sun for a little bit yesterday afternoon, but not for long, it was way too hot. I avoided the pool area, even though the lovely Tracy was there. I hope she doesn't think I'm being rude, but I am little self conscious, and prefer it on the outer deck where it's quieter and you can hide in the corner.
So it seems that Fidel Castro is assigning all power and responsibilities over to his brother Raul while he pops off for some surgery. Oh I'd be nervous if I was him....
So Luke arrives today, just for the one day, so that means time to see us, see STOMP then meet up with Stephen and Matty AFTER the show and have a little bit of a boys night out. Good for them, I'll just come home and chill, too hot to be out and partying.

Ok well i have absolutely nothing else to say today...sorry, can't be helped, just another hot sticky day here in the Big Apple, I'm off to work for a few hours, then I'll go workout, same as yesterday really except that tonight we get to go out and have some dinner with our lovely friend Luke and have a giggle....lovely.
