So the boys are off getting booze this evening plus coolers, paper plates etc and me and Francesca are going round to Dwane and Sabina's tonight to peel 20lbs of potatoes for the festivities tomorrow...
It's going to be a great day, I can't wait, lots of fun. I mean it really won't be a Baby Shower at all, nah not really, it's going to just be an afternoon party where everyone has fun and I get a few gifts for my son to boot....excellent.
God I have a fucking headache from hell right now, just above my left eye, bleeding killing me it is.
So last night after meeting up with Sabina at Dublin 6 we went over to meet Robert and Angela at Junta, a spanish flamenco place that serves fantastic tapas and has a most excellent spanish guitarist playing while two Spanish women do flamenco dancing. It's brilliant, we've been a few times. Not the sort of place to have a quiet conversation, but great entertainment if you like a bit of Flamenco music.
So today I'm at the doctors again this morning, just a routine check up on a weekly basis now until he plops out...so that's good. Then off to work after, then I guess I'll start getting shit organised for tomorrow. I must get a big fuck off bunch of flowers as a thank you for Sabina...
I was hoping to get my hair re-styled and cut today but I have no dosh, so that will have to wait. Actually me and Francesca after leaving the gym yesterday afternoon did a self-pedicure at home. Well mine was a tad difficult seeing as I can't really bend down that much, so I may get Francesca or Stephen to put another coat on today. It looks pretty good I think? Francesca also did my roots yesterday, not a bad job, but you can tell the different hair colour between my roots and the rest of my head, no worries, deal with it another day.
Right then so what else? nothing really, not particularly looking forward to sitting in that nasty clinic waiting room for two hours, b but I will take my New York crossword and get the Daily News on my way over, read up on the JonBenet case.
