Believe me you'll hear her/him when it arrives, I'm sure of that.

Everyone that we spoke to is extremely happy, even Morpheus said congrats a little while ago.  Our parents know, our friends overseas and pretty much everyone over here knows.

So apart from the doormen, the local post office guy, and maybe the local butchers? we've covered everyone....

I think I'm around 4.5 weeks? not sure yet, will let you know when I know.

Shame though tonight we're throwing a small party for good friends, so yes it will be rather a sober affair for me, but hey it's all good and it's about time that I laid off the pop.  It also means that I've officially quite smoking forever now which HAS to be a good thing.

Right well I'm at work now, so better get back to it, then off to the gym.  hey I am determined to NOT get the biggest ass, so I will continue to workout until someone drags me off the treadmill.
