Well 2008 was some year right? To be honest I'm glad it's over. We had way too many deaths in both of our families, including my beloved nana passing away, so I welcome 2009 and our new fab President with open arms.

Sorry where are my manners, I'm Sam, being do this diary (no not a blog) for years now and have some amazing followers who I now consider my friends. That's me in the picture below, the guy next to me is my honey, Stephen, a wonderful artist, check out his site on the right and then of course there is Reef, the light of my life and the cheekiest monkey in town.

Basically I just go on with myself, mainly about my family, but also about the current state of things in the world, here in New York and anywhere else that takes my fancy.

So sit back, relax and enjoy my weekly diatribes.
